GrooveTech Sharpening Instruction

To maintain the sharpness of your GrooveTech knife blade, follow these sharpening instructions: - Always sharpen the blade from the heel to the tip, avoiding back and forth motions. - Avoid inserting the tip of the blade into the sharpening slot first to prevent damage. - Keep the blade parallel to the counter top for even sharpening on both sides. - Maintain the blade straight up and down within the sharpening slot for a precise sharp edge. - Hold the knife securely and apply light downward pressure when sharpening. - Any commercial sharpener can be used to sharpen GrooveTech knife blades.
