Our system can sharpen a wide assortment of knives with a wide angle range for added versatility. It provides fine angle adjustment and control.
The ANGLE RANGE is 13-35 degrees per side (26-70 degrees inclusive), with the main angle adjustment in 1-degree increments and micro-angle adjustment in 0.05-degree increments. It can sharpen blades up to 15" long. Our parts are FULLY MODULAR and interchangeable with upgrades for advanced sharpening capabilities.
